Those of you who have received tickets over the past few days may have noticed that we included a copy of your invoice with the ticket(s). This was solely for your reference with regards the tickets. I have had a number of emails regarding a line at the top of the sheet referencing payment. That was left in by accident. If you have received a ticket then you have paid in full and you are recorded as having done so.
Thanks,
Keith O'Sullivan
Registration Officer

The Committee for EirtaKon 09 has been confirmed and has begun work on next November's convention. Stephen Fox, a veteran member of the organizing committee takes over the reins this year and promises that next year's convention will be even bigger and better than EirtaKon 08.
The Eirtakon committee has confirmed that Eirtakon 08 has smashed all previous records for an anime event in Ireland, with over 740 fans passing through the doors over the course of the three day celebration of Japanese culture.
Huge crowds came out in force for the special guest of honour, the one and only Vic Mignogna, who were wowed by his discussion panel on Saturday and a unique live commentary panel on Sunday, both of which drew a packed crowd to Dublin City University's biggest theatre.
A quick note for everyone going to the pub quiz on Friday evening - the venue has changed from the Matt Weldon pub to the bar inside DCU, directly below the main screenings room in The Hub!
And remember please bring your ID with you on the night as we would hate to see anyone turned away!
